The Problem
Business consulting has traditionally been a high-cost, high-touch service. While AI tools like Claude are powerful general-purpose assistants, they lack the structured frameworks and industry-specific knowledge that professional consultants bring to engagements.
I wanted to bridge that gap — creating a plugin that gives Claude Code the structured thinking of a strategy consultant.
What the Plugin Does
The business-consulting plugin for Claude Code provides:

How It Works
The plugin is built around the concept of "consulting skill modules." Each module contains:

For example, the competitive analysis skill doesn't just ask Claude to "analyze competitors." It provides a structured framework covering market positioning, differentiation vectors, pricing analysis, and strategic recommendations — the same framework a McKinsey or BCG consultant would use.

One of the most powerful features is the industry overlay system. When you specify an industry, the plugin adjusts:
